East Coast Architectural Shapes LLC, a division of East Coast EIFS Supplies Inc. was founded in 2002. Its CEO Colin McKean started off as an EIFS applicator over 30 years ago. As an EIFS applicator he could never understand how his EIFS distributors stayed in business when they forced him to use multiple vendors as they didn't stock all the necessary items to complete his projects. The financial burden of spending so much of his time and a large portion of his profits trying to find all the necessary components was ultimately responsible for the beginnings of the East Coast line of companies. In 2002 Colin decided to do something about it and founded East Coast EIFS Supplies Inc. with three basic Ideals that still hold true today.

Every client should and must be treated as our biggest client.
Through competitive pricing, aggressive delivery schedules and applicator based services we will strive to turn our small clients into bigger ones.
All essential personnel must have a minimum of 15 years on the applicator side of the EIFS industry

Through these basic ideals we have become one of the largest EIFS / Foam Shapes suppliers on the eastern seaboard. These ideals have ricocheted throughout the industry and are known as the "East Coast Way". Providing service "Way Beyond Your Typical Distributor" has become or niche and although it is often imitated it can never be duplicated.
